Refund policy
At Meltdown Transfers, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Because our transfers are custom-made, we handle refund and reprint requests on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Defective Transfers: If your DTF transfers arrive damaged or have a print defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll need a clear photo of the issue to quickly assess the problem. If we confirm a manufacturing defect or damage from our end, we will reprint and reship your order for free. This is our preferred solution to ensure you get the product you originally wanted.
Shipping Damage: We are not liable for damage that occurs during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package before opening it and file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. This is crucial for a successful claim.
User Error: We do not offer refunds or reprints for transfers that were incorrectly applied or for issues related to a customer's artwork. This includes:
- Transfers that do not adhere due to incorrect heat press settings, pressure, or application technique.
- Files that are low-resolution, blurry, have a non-transparent background, or contain other design flaws.
- Sizing errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
