3-Step DTF Application Guide
-
Place Your Transfer
Pre-press: Use your heat press to pre-press the garment for 5-10 seconds. This crucial step removes moisture and wrinkles, creating a perfectly flat surface for a long-lasting transfer.
Position: Carefully place your DTF transfer on the garment with the printed image facing down. -
Heat Press
Temperature: Set heat press to 275°F.
Time & Pressure: Press for 10-15 seconds with medium/high, even pressure. This initial press adheres the transfer to the fabric. -
Peel the Film
Peel: Carefully and smoothly peel the transfer film away from the garment.
Post-press: Place a Teflon sheet or parchment paper over the design and press again for 3-5 seconds. This final step ensures the design is fully sealed, increasing its durability and washability.

Artwork Guidelines
File Format: We prefer transparent PNG files at a minimum of 300 DPI. We also accept vector files like AI, PDF, and SVG.
Transparent Background: Your file must have a transparent background. If you upload a file with a white or colored background, it will be printed as part of your design.
High Resolution: For a crisp, non-pixelated print, make sure your file is created at the size you want it printed with a resolution of 300 DPI.
Color Mode: We highly recommend using CMYK color mode for the most accurate and vibrant color reproduction.
Care & Washing Instructions
Wash: Turn the garment inside out and machine wash with cold water.
Detergent: Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
Dry: Tumble dry on a low heat setting or hang dry for best results.
Ironing: If you need to iron the garment, turn it inside out first. Do not iron directly on the transfer.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Quality Issues: If you receive a transfer with a printing defect or it fails to adhere to your garment after following our instructions, we will gladly reprint your order at no extra cost.
Incorrect Files: We cannot issue a reprint or refund for issues caused by low-resolution, pixelated, or incorrect files submitted by the customer. Please review your artwork carefully before placing your order.
Troubleshooting
Design Isn't Sticking: This is almost always an issue with pressure. Make sure your heat press is applying firm, even pressure. If the issue persists, you may need to increase your temperature slightly (in 5°F increments).
Print Looks Blurry or Pixelated: This is a result of a low-resolution file. Your original artwork needs to be at least 300 DPI. Increasing the size of a low-quality image will only make it look worse.
